ABOUT THE FOUNDER:

John Kigada is a leadership consultant, coach, and educator who has helped train over 500 creative entrepreneurs in a decade.

He is a gifted macro solutions designer, people organizer, long-range planner, researcher, marketplace theologian, recording artist, an entrepreneur for new ideas, and a change agent for existing enterprises.

His journey has involved a battle with mental health. Therefore, he helps entrepreneurs to become significant and productive so that they can survive and scale their businesses.

He is a specialist in values-based and biblical entrepreneurial leadership training. He helps entrepreneurs attain: mental health, team effectiveness, competitive advantage, and faith integration, through culture building, core identity, strategy formulation, and financial ethics.

He optimizes personal productivity using learning tools and resources developed through research in business and leadership. He works as a guide by helping entrepreneurs generate seed ideas, concept pioneering, systems building, movement making, and building organizational culture.

He is the founder and lead trainer at Cipher Taifa. He is a coach and consultant for entrepreneurs who want prosperity with integrity. He helps them increase their influence and impact through income increment so that they can step into their purpose in 90 days or less.
